Terms and Conditions

When you request us to advise you on a particular matter we will also send you a letter (“the Engagement Letter”) confirming your instructions. In these terms and conditions of business “we” or “us” refers to David Beck LLP.

This Engagement Letter, together with our terms and conditions of business which appear below, constitute the “Engagement Terms” and form the contract between us under which we will provide services to you. Acceptance of the commencement of the provision of services to you shall be deemed to be acceptance of our engagement terms

Our agreement to provide services may be varied by agreement during the course of the matter. In the event of any inconsistency between our Engagement Letter and these terms and conditions of business, the Engagement Letter shall prevail.

People responsible for your work: David Beck LLP is an English limited liability partnership which is a body corporate and which has “members” and not “partners”. However, our members prefer to use the title of “partner” in our dealings with our clients and accordingly, when we refer to a person being a “partner” this means the person who is a member of David Beck LLP. No reference to a “partner” is to imply that any person is carrying on business in partnership for the purposes of the Partnership Act 1890.
